At Zuklat, your satisfaction is our priority. Understanding that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you hoped for, we offer a simple and convenient return policy.
Terms and Conditions for Returns
- Return Period: You have 14 days from receipt of your purchase to request a return.
- Product Condition: The product must return with the security tag, unused, unwashed, and without any signs of tampering. It must include all accessories, boxes, dust bags, etc., exactly as received.
- Packaging: Ensure the product is well packaged. Damage due to inadequate packaging will invalidate the return.
How to Make a Return
- Site Login: Log in at Zuklat.com and go to the orders section.
- Return Request: Select "request return" on the product you wish to return and specify the reason.
- Approval: Within 48 working hours, your request will be reviewed. Zuklat reserves the right to deny the return authorization if not in compliance with our terms and conditions.
- Return shipping: after approval, we will notify you with the return label and all instruction to send back your order. The availability of the return label depends on the country. If the country is not within the countries affiliated with Zuklat, the return will be responsibility of the customer. Consult the table on this page for the list of countries and related costs.

- Method: The refund will be processed using the same payment method of the order.
